This is a classic Tarpon Fly Pattern, tied in one of the most effective color combinations. Purple and Black with Grizzly Hackle collar

Tied on Heavy 1/0 Salt Water Hooks. These are tied to have a total length of 3.5" which is a great size for pressured and juvenile fish.

These are also great for all flats species. I regularly use it for Redfish, Snook and Trout.  I also do very well with this pattern when guiding at nigh. Try this one in dock lights for snook and tarpon!
