This pattern is one of Capt. Ken's variations of the standard Baitfish Streamer. It's important to have similar flies made with different materials whenever you find yourself up against stubborn fish.

These are a Smaller version of an E P Style Baitfish. These are perfect for when the fish are keyed in on bait fry and other juvenile baitfish. These are a mix of synthetic materials that become very translucent when wet. The material that we use on these is much softer than the material used on Most EP Style Baitfish flies. This material absorbs water and thins the fly down to look exactly like many fry baits found in fresh and salt water.

The softer material also adds a movement component to the flies action. When fished with sharp strips the fly will undulate on the pauses adding another sign of like and vulnerability. This size fly is a staple in the diet of all predator fish!
