This is a true guide fly. I've tinkered so much with Ice Dub and Polar Chenille over the years and this is one pattern that has hit big! It combines both materials. An underbody of ice dub and a palmer of polar chenille make a perfect translucent small baitfish that fish cant resist. The more they chew it the better it gets!

I only produce this fly in size #2 which produces a fly with the total length of around 3.5 inches. The fish have decided that this is about the perfect size.

This fly is equally effective for Trout, Smallmouth Bass in the Delaware system. It has also been successful with several dozen species in both fresh and salt water.
