These are the standard for Salt Water Baitfish Flies. These are tied with synthetic wing fiber that has a steady sink rate. The fibers give a somewhat translucent look when wet.

These are silhouette style flies that fish best with short, sharp strips. This is my go to fly pattern when I'm guiding anglers for Snook in Florida waters.
